CIRCUIT RACING:
Formula Renault 2.0 Class to Finland in 2008
The range of formula categories on the Finnish racing scene becomes wider in the season 2008 with the introduction of Formula Renault 2.0 as a new class. (Please click here for the technical specifications.)
The technical regulations will be based on the regulations of the Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup (www.necup.com). National exceptions to these regulations, as well as the concept of the class will be published in the launching ceremony of the Formula Renault 2.0 class in September/October 2007.
The Formula categories in Finland in 2008 - 2010 are:
Formula Ford (Zetec/Duratec)
Finnish Championship in 2008. During 2009 - 2010 also Finnish Championship if there are over 10 competitors entered in the series, otherwise a Cup.
Finnish Championship in 2008 - 2009. In 2010 also Finnish Championship if there are over 10 competitors entered in the series, otherwise a Cup.
Formula Renault 2.0
Finnish Championship in 2008 - 2010 if there are over 10 competitors entered in the series, otherwise a Cup.
