Changes in the 2008 WRC Calendar
The FIA World Motor Sport Council have decided in their meeting on 26 March to make changes to this year´s World Rally Championship calendar. The Japanese and British rounds will now take place a week later than originally scheduled.
The organisers of both events had asked the FIA to move their dates forward by one week. Rally Japan that was originally scheduled for 24 - 26 October, will now take place on 31 October to 2 November 2008. The final round of the 2008 FIA World Rally Championship, Wales Rally GB, will be driven 5 - 7 December.
